Hi, I’m Bentley — founder of Primal Athletics and a certified personal trainer and performance coach based in Calgary.

I help everyday people, beginners, fitness clients, and athletes build strength, lose body fat, improve conditioning, and train with structure. Primal Athletics is built for people who want more than random workouts — they want coaching, accountability, confidence, and a clear plan that actually moves them forward.

My background started in boxing, but Primal Athletics has grown into a full athletic performance training system built around strength, conditioning, movement, and boxing-inspired training.

Boxing taught me discipline, preparation, confidence, conditioning, and how to train with purpose. Those same principles now shape the way I coach every client — whether your goal is fat loss, strength, general fitness, athletic performance, or boxing-inspired conditioning.

I do not believe in filler sessions, random programming, or workouts that leave people guessing.

Every session should have a purpose. Every program should progress. Every client should know what they are working toward and why.
